Starting Monday, October 6, 2025, patients with a payment plan will be able to use Sentara MyChart to make payments on their existing balance(s) utilizing the new platform.

- Go to billing section, click on ”Pay Now” under Pay Bill As Guest.
- Enter Guarantor details and Last Name.
- Agree to the terms and click on ”Continue” to make payment.
